Infusionsoft Campaign Builder Notes
Most people use the inbuilt notes feature here to place a note within the campaign. In many cases, it doesn't really stand out and could be quite easily overlooked.
What I'm going to show you today is how you can make it look, stand out a little bit more using a quick bit of code (which you'll see I've provided you with down the page).
You can change it as much as you want.
So here's a really quick tip to help you label and customize Infusionsoft Campaign Builder notes more visually.
You can change
- The colors
- The size
- The text
- And all sorts…
I'll give you the raw code, then you can do what you want with it.
For example, if I was labelling up my campaign builder and I want to duplicate this and label another campaign sequence, all I need to do is double click and change out the labelling where the wording is.
I'm just going to change the wording to another sequence name. You can see how the words in the note label have changed. So all you would need to do is literally drag out a notes snippet. I've got some of the code here. All I would do is copy the code, which I'll provide at the end of this blog post. Highlight the code snippet, paste it and you can see the code is in here and I will just put type text here.
Makes Things Easier To Find In Infusionsoft Campaign Builder
It makes things much, much more visually attractive. Stands out when you want to do things in new campaigns to make them easy labelling, especially if you've got other people looking inside your Infusionsoft campaigns or you're trying to find something. It's a really simple thing to do. If you want to change anything in here, all we need to do, if we wanted to change the background color, let me just find a new background color. If you wanted to do for your run colors, for example, let me just go to another browser. Let's say I wanted to use this brand color here.
The Code Is Easy To Customize
This is nice, bright fuchsia color. All I would go into here and I would change the background color. Just select it there, copy, put it in there. And you can see how it's changed to a different color. It's very simple to do. You can change the size of all of these things, can be quite creative with it. But if anything, it just makes your campaigns within the Infusionsoft Campaign Builder much easier to work with. Now the other thing you can use with these is you can also embed video links and links to pages. So let me just find something here.

All we would want to do is we would probably change that to say click here. You see there it's click through. So if you wanted to put in say video instructions to something, then you could very easily put it in your campaign builder too.
