Infusionsoft And Zoom Integration Video
Here’s a video showing you exactly how we put together our Infusionsoft and Zoom Integration.
I’m going to show you how to connect Zoom or gotowebinar to Infusionsoft.
Now, at the time of recording this video, we’re in lockdown with COVID-19. Online presentations and webinars are becoming increasingly important for so many businesses.
So in today’s video, I’m going to show you exactly how you can do this.
You’ll be able to integrate it deeply into Infusionsoft so all the data is pulled across.
From which you can create automation inside Infusionsoft rather than having Infusionsoft working separately and independently to say, Zoom.
So the idea of this would be, we can create an opt-in form here. And then people register, and then they could get emails, they could get SMS… I don’t know how to draw a phone, that’ll have to do, as soon as they’ve registered. And then we come to the actual event. So this is the… We’ll call it a webinar. This is pushing them here, and then we will trigger emails to remind them to attend. So we’ll have reminders in here, to actually attend the webinar itself. And then after the webinar, because we’re integrating it with one or two helpers… We’re going to use either Plus This, MyFusion Helper, there’s Zapier.
I’m going to do it with Plus This.
We can also see if have they attended, not attend and we can tag them accordingly.
The Infusionsoft And Zoom Integration Explained
And again, we could use any form of multimedia marketing to follow up with them, and we can also add to our database things like questions they’ve asked them on the call. We can add time on call. Which allows us then, if we want to, to follow up with them, or someone in our sales team, if they’ve been very engaged, or been on the webinar for a long time, or ask specific questions. We could have one of the sales teams follow up with them afterwards.
Now the other cool thing we can do here is, if they know that our list is already in Infusionsoft and provided we’ve got the email, which we would, if they’re in Infusionsoft, in most cases, then we can also do what we call a One-Click Registration. One-Click Registration. Sorry, my writing’s awful. Now, the advantage of a one-click registration, instead of sending someone to an opt-in form here and you’re going to lose people, they get busy, they get detracted, it’s not exactly what they want to do now, they think they’ll come back to it, whatever.
Want 50% More Registrations?
You’re going to lose, probably at least, I would say, 50% of people coming to that page, if you’re driving an email, or any sort of message to them to get them to opt-in.
If they’re already an Infusionsoft, what we can do is, in the email, so we send them an email like that and we can use either a link or a button to click. And as soon as they click that button, then they’re automatically registered for the webinar and pushed up here. So there’s no filling in forms, they will get also a unique link, which is their unique link to log in for the webinar, so they don’t have to fill in any details, things like that. So it’s a really slick way of getting people to register.
Now, alone, this One-Click Registration has, I know has increased several of my clients’ registration rates, people actually showing up. So with webinars, the more people you can get on the webinar, the more money you can make. So, anything that you can get more people and make it easier for people to show up. Because registration is the tipping point. The more people you get to register, the more people you’ll get to hopefully show up. So this here, if we can make anything to make this better, or improve things, then we’re going to get more people registered and attending hopefully our webinar.

And then ultimately, if we’ve got a product at the end, it could be a call, whatever it might be our end goal to get them on the webinar, whatever we want to do. Whether it’s to buy something, get on a call, book a demo, whatever it might be. We can do that with the webinar.
So what I’m going to do in the next video is, I’m going to go into Infusionsoft and just show you quickly how we set this up. Using one of the tools I recommend, which is either Plus This… I use Zapier, Plus This, MyFusion Helper, there are numerous other ones. All of them perform the same function, it’s whatever you’re happy with, maybe whatever you’ve got already to integrate them to make this all happened in the background.
