Profitable Webinars – Create Webinars That Convert
Today’s video focuses on how to host more profitable webinars.
Basically, how can we improve our webinars? Over the next few days, I’m going to record a small mini-series of web videos for you, showing you steps that you can incrementally increase your conversions and profits from your campaigns and create more profitable webinars. So over the next, we’re going to record four videos. Today’s video is the first, which is going to be the introduction. Next video I’m going to record, which is going to be number two, number three, and number four.
Number two is going to be how to get more sign-ups, more reg. Because obviously, that is the top of what we need to do. We need to get as many people registering for our webinar as possible. If we can maximize that, and again, it has a massive sort of snowball effect down the end of our sales funnel.

In the third video after that, the one after that, is we’re going to go have more show ups. Oops. We want to get more people. How do we get more people to actually attend? So they’ve registered, how do we get more people to actually show up for the webinar and watch it so we can show our presentation to them and hopefully get them to convert? Again, we’re going to show you a little bit of an example more going forward to now.
Then in the last and final of the series, it’s more conversions.
Making Profitable Webinars…Some Numbers To Consider
I’m just going to show you a few approximate numbers here just to show you how we can sort of maximize stuff with our campaigns.
Let’s say we were getting a 25% opt-in here, and we’re getting say 25 up here, and let’s say we were getting a 10% conversion here. That was our standard, which is pretty good, reasonable standard. Let’s say we have 1000 people who visit our page here. We’re going to get 250 registered. 25% of them are going to show, so that’s about, say, 65 attend. Circle those. Then if we get a 10% conversion, let’s say we get six by. You know how that works.
Now, let me just show you one example. Let’s say we get that up to 40%. We’ll just keep the other numbers the same. If we increase that by 40% to 40%, we’re going to get 400 registered. Let’s keep it the same. 25 turn up, so that’s 100 attend. Then we’ve got 10 sales. You can see by just improving that front end a little bit, it has a big impact on sales.
Our sales have nearly doubled because of what we’ve done at the front end.
Now, let’s say we keep that at 40% and then we get the show ups, people to attend, to 50%. Again, on a lot of our webinars, we’re getting 50, 60, 70% of people attending. We’ve got 400 registered now and we’re going to get half of those attended. So we’ve got 200 attending and then we’ve got 20 sales. That’s really good.
You Can Quite Quickly “2 – 3x” Your Webinar Profits
Now, let’s suppose the final end, we’re going to increase our conversions from 10 to 15%. We’ve got 200 still attending, but now we’ve got 30 sales. You can see how this is the start of our process here and then each part of the thing we can tweak, we have an exponential increase in the profits and results of our webinars. I’m going to be really excited sharing some of these things, stuff we or I only really show some of my high-paying clients, but I want to share with you to give some ideas how you can start really, really profiting from your webinars. again, if you look at just what I’ve explained to you today, the incremental and almost exponential results you can get by just tweaking part of these processes here.
